What is Brazilian virgin hair?
It is the most sought after hair on the market. It is course in texture and heavy in density. It comes in styles of naturally straight, wavy or curly. The colors are usually in black or off black to rich brown. Brazilian hair is good if you want thick, bouncy hair. The hair is good for blending in with Afro-Caribbean and Afro American women hair textures.
What is Malaysian virgin hair?
Malaysian hair comes in colors of darkest brown to near black. The hair comes in styles of body wave and loose wave. It is heavier, thicker and dense. It dries straight with a slight wave pattern and may appear to have excessive shine but after the first few washes, the shine lessens to a more natural appearance. It is good for Afro-Caribbean and Afro American hair as it blends in well with them. It holds beautiful curls. If you like naturally wavy or curly hair, this is the one for you.
What is Peruvian virgin hair?
It is coarser and thicker than Brazilian. It grows naturally straight, wavy or very curly. When washed it becomes curlier in texture. It comes in natural colors of dark or light brown. Peruvian hair is very difficult to source which is why it is more expensive. It will provide you with the strength and body of Brazilian hair with the smoothness of European hair. We recommend that you buy two bundles for short styles and no more than three bundles for longer styles because it will look overfull and square. The hair lays thick so you will need less bundles to get the desired effect.
What is Russian Blonde hair?
It is great for coloring to high blondes and toning for a custom color. It is the most expensive hair in the world because it is the most difficult to collect. It can be curled and straighten.
How many bundles do I need?
This will depend on the type of hair style you desire. For short styles such as a bob, you may only need to purchase two bundles. Since the hair bundles are thickest in shorter lengths such as 10-16. However, we recommend 2-3 three bundles of hair for shoulder length styles depending on how full you want your hair to look. Additionally, for lengths 18 and up, we recommend you purchase three or more bundles to achieve great volume and a consistent look from top to bottom. Of course you can always purchase any number of bundles that you are comfortable with.
Do I need to purchase a closure?
This will depend on whether you want to leave out some of your own hair. If you choose to leave some of your hair out in the front of your head or on top, then you don’t need to purchase a closure. If you choose to cover all of your hair, then you will need to purchase a closure or a frontal depending on the condition of your natural hair. If you decide to purchase a closure or a frontal, always purchase the same texture and style of your bundles for a consistent look.
When can I expect my package?
All orders received before 3:00 p.m. are expected to be processed 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, orders will arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.

What is your Product Availability policy?
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable, you may wish to terminate the sale in which case we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

What is your Return Policy?
At Cheveux Virgin Hair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our products go through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issues. Exchanges are available on a case by case basis.
What is your Replacement Policy?
We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple hair care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective, you must contact us within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer shipping details along with instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If Cheveux Virgin Hair verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Cheveux Virgin Hair will then exchange or replace the item.
If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Cheveux Virgin Hair will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. Otherwise the customer will receive a $15 credit towards another shipping option. If Cheveux Virgin Hair does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via ground) without an exchange of product.
What is your Exchange policy?
Cheveux Virgin Hair, at its sole discretion, may exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 10 calendar days will not be honored.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the weft and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENTS guarantees. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
